  1. Roast the pounded hazelnuts with granulated sugar in a pan with a non-stick surface.
  2. Pass the biscuits through a food processor and pulverize them. Put them in a large bowl, add the milk and mix.
  3. Press the biscuits on the bottom of the glass mold. Whisk the cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add the crumbled meringues and vanilla and mix. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.   4. Refrigerate the rococo for 3 hours.
