  1. Wash and boil the potatoes, then peel and mash them.
  2. Mix tahini, two tablespoons of hot water, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Add the tahini mixture, crushed garlic, salt, and grated nutmeg to the mashed potatoes. Mix again, and mash well. Spread the spiced mashed potatoes on a serving plate.
  4. For the topping, melt the butter and olive oil in a pan and heat. Pour it over the mashed potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the red pepper powder, cumin, and sumac. Finally, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve.
