  1. First, boil the potatoes.
  2. To prepare the dough, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead until you get a thick dough.
  3. Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Roll it out on the counter and cut out rounds with the rim of a cup.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the dough from back to front.
  6. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and put them in a bowl.
  7. Chop the onions into small pieces and add them to the boiled potatoes.
  8. Add finely chopped cilantro.
  9. Add the spices and chickpeas, and mix. You can crush it a bit with the help of a spatula.
  10. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in water and pour it on a plate.
  11. Use your finger to make holes in the fried dough.
  12. Place the filling inside; you can consume it by dipping it into the sauce. Enjoy your meal.
