  1. Seal both sides of the osso buco in a wide-bottomed pot with sunflower seed oil. 
  2. After sealing, remove them from the pot and roast the carrots, onions, and tomatoes in the same pot. Add the osso bucos to the pot and add enough water to cover them slightly. 
  3. Make sure that the lid of the pot is well closed, and cook over low heat until the meat is tender. 
  4. After the meat is cooked, remove it from the pot and blend the remaining ingredients in a blender to make a sauce. 
  5. You can serve osso buco on the serving dish by pouring the sauce that you have prepared over it. Enjoy your meal.
