  1. Put the rice in a pot with the water and cook until the rice turns to mush.
  2. Put the mushy rice in a bowl. Add rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, and mix. Then wait until it warms up.
  3. Divide the warmed rice into three different bowls. Add boiled eggs to one of the bowls, sesame seeds to the second, and spinach powder to the third, and mix.
  4. Take a handful of rice and place it on a plate. Spread the rice by pressing it with a glass. Put a spoonful of fish in the center.
  5. Cover the rice over the fish and squeeze it with your hand. After shaping it into a triangle, cover it with the nori leaf.
  6. Do the same with all rice mixtures. You can serve after wrapping the nori. Enjoy your meal.
