  1. Put the chicken drumsticks in a medium saucepan and add 4 cups of water. Add the peeled and cleaned vegetables, peeled and halved onion, and garlic. Add bay leaf and salt and bring to a boil.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan. Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry them in the butter. Add the rice, stir constantly, and roast for 5 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the mushrooms, add them, and mix. 
  4. Add the white wine. Add a ladle of boiled chicken broth and stir continuously until the rice is infused. 
  5. When the rice is soft, remove it from the stove. Finely chop the basil, add it, and mix. Enjoy your meal.
  Serving Suggestions

Place on a serving plate, garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve.

  Expert Tips
  • The stock water (chicken, fish, or meat broth) you use must be warm. It should never be cold.
  • Water should not be added instantly. It should be added slowly and gradually.
  • It should be cooked al dente; you should not overcook it. 
  • Do not cook on extremely low heat; you can cook on medium-high heat. 
  • Lastly, add the cheese; you can add it to the plate or after removing it from the stove.
