  1. Grind the seeds and core of the melon into a paste in a food processor, and put this paste in the fridge.
  2. Cut the melon into cubes and put it in the freezer. After 2 hours, take it out and blend the frozen melon and the mashed seeds in the food processor again, combining them well.
  3. Then put the sorbet in the freezer. 15 minutes before serving, take it out of the freezer and serve with frozen currants on top.
