  1. For the dough, put the flour, warm water, and egg into a bowl. Knead all the ingredients.

  3. After resting, divide the dough into four pieces.

  6. Add tofu, sesame oil, minced meat, salt, and spices to the chopped vegetables and mix.
  7. Place the filling you prepared in the center of the dough that is cut in a round shape.
  8. Then close the dough to form a half-moon.
  9. You can pinch the dough, then join the two ends together to form a round shape.
