Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients
- 275 g granulated sugar
- 600 ml of water
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 30 g powdered sugar
For decoration:
- Pour granulated sugar and water into a pot and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Boil for 5–6 minutes when it dissolves.
- Remove it from the stove and let it cool.
- Mix the sugar syrup and grated lemon rind in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and powdered sugar.
- Put the mixture in the freezer for one night. Divide into mugs with an ice cream spoon. Garnish with lemon peels and mint leaves, and serve.
