  1. Remove the outer leaves from the leeks and wash them.
  2. Cut into 2-3 cm-wide pieces. Wash the red lentils several times and drain.
  3. Put the leeks in a pot.
  4. Coarsely grate the carrot, potato, and onion.
  5. Add the vegetables to the leeks and add 5 cups of water.
  6. Boil until the vegetables are soft.
  7. Drain the boiled vegetables and crush them with a blender.
  8. Put the mixture back into the pot.
  9. Add 3 cups of broth and cook over low heat.
  10. In a separate bowl, mix flour, milk, salt, and black pepper for the sauce.
  11. Add the egg and whisk the mixture.
  12. Take a spoonful of the soup, add it to the sauce, and warm it.
  13. Add the mixture to the soup and stir quickly.
  14. After boiling for a while, pour melted butter over it and serve.
