  1. Dice the onion and fry it in olive oil. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the onion. Add the minced meat and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste.
  2. Peel and dice the carrots, and add them to the minced meat. Add the celery stalks and peppers, cut into 1 cm-thick slices.
  3. Grate 2 tomatoes and add them to the minced meat mixture with water. Cook over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and spices, cook for 1-2 more minutes, and remove from the stove.
  5. For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter. Add flour and roast until it turns yellow. Keep stirring, and add the milk little by little. Add salt and grated muscat, and cook until it thickens.
  6. Spread a small amount of bechamel sauce on the bottom of the oven dish.
  7. Arrange three lasagnas side by side on the sauce. Pour 1/3 of the bechamel sauce on top and spread half of the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle some of the mozzarella cheese and place the lasagna on top. Repeat the same process.
  8. Pour the bechamel sauce on top and sprinkle the cheese, then bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the top turns golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy your meal.

  • You can use grated mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese. 
  • If your bechamel sauce is thick, you can dilute it with water or milk.
