  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions.
  3. Cut the pickled meat into cubes. Fry them in the same pan.
  4. Slice 5 beetroots and reserve the rest for the sauce.
  5. Drain the boiled potatoes and add milk and beetroot juice. Mash, and add enough water to mash the potatoes properly.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and meat pieces according to your taste.
  7. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and crack the eggs into the pan.
