  1. Soak the old bread in water and then squeeze it well to break it into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped onions, and cook until they turn color.
  3. Put the cooked onion, bread, and minced meat in a mixing bowl and mix. Add egg yolk, salt, and black pepper, and form meatballs.
  4. Boil the water, black peppercorns, bay leaf, and chopped onion in a pot. Add the meatballs and cook.
  5. For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan, add flour, and roast until it starts to smell.
