  1. Firstly, boil 1 bowl of rice without oil or salt.
  2. Add water to cover the rice. However, stir occasionally during cooking to prevent sticking to the bottom.
  3. After boiling the rice, add apple cider vinegar, salt, and very little sugar.
  4. Break two eggs into a bowl and beat them.

  7. Boil the chicken in a very little salted water.
  8. Spread the seaweed. Spread the boiled rice on the seaweed with two finger spaces.
  9. Spread the egg, carrot, cucumber, and chicken on the rice, respectively.
  10. Then start wrapping around the edges and making a long roll.
  11. You can press the roll lightly with a rolling pin to make it tighter.
