  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in plenty of water. Boil the peas.
  2. Heat half a cup of vegetable oil in a pan. Add cumin, coriander seeds, and peas, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add red pepper powder and coriander salt; continue sautéing. Add the potato and mix.
  4. Add lemon juice, garam masala, and fresh coriander, stir, and let it cool.
  5. For the dough, sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, oil, and water, and knead. Divide the dough into 10 equal round pieces.
  6. Cut each ball in half. Roll them out to get cone-shaped pieces. Divide the filling into pieces. Connect the ends of the dough by wetting them.
  7. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the cones filled with stuffing until they turn brown. Serve hot or warm.
