  1. Slice the chicken wings into three pieces: the meaty part, the wings, and the ends.
  2. Put the chicken in a large bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and ginger. Mix it with your hands.
  3. Put the starch in another bowl. Dip the chicken in the starch until it is completely covered.
  4. Use your hands to shake off the extras. Marinate for 10 minutes like this.
  5. Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add the chicken to the hot oil and fry on all sides until golden brown.
  6. After cooking, remove the chicken with the help of tongs and place it on a plate lined with paper towels.
  7. For the sweet and spicy sauce, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add the chopped garlic and stir until it starts to smell.
  9. Add the soy sauce, chili paste, white vinegar, honey, and powdered sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  10. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  11. Put the fried chicken into the wok pan. Pour the sauce over it and stir quickly. Make sure the sauce covers all the chicken.
  12. Place the prepared chicken on a serving plate. Serve with grated cheese, roasted sesame seeds, and spring onions. Enjoy your meal.
