  1. Firstly, put the flour into a deep bowl for kneading, open the middle, and break the eggs. 
  2. Add oil and salt to it. 
  3. After adding all the ingredients, start kneading. 
  4. Take the ready dough into a deep bowl and rest it for 10 minutes by covering it with a damp cloth. 
  5. Take the pan to the stove and add olive oil. 
  6. Add the spinach and sauté it slightly. 
  7. Near the end of cooking, add the powdered parmesan and mix, then set aside and cool, then add the ricotta cheese and lemon zest and mix.
