  1. Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers and cut them into large cubes with peels. Cut the olives with a knife and remove the pits. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Take all of them in a bowl and mix. Cut the cheese into cubes and also add it.
  2. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a bowl and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
