Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- Half a cup of olives
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers and cut them into large cubes with peels. Cut the olives with a knife and remove the pits. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Take all of them in a bowl and mix. Cut the cheese into cubes and also add it.
- Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a bowl and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
