  1. Mix the yeast, sugar, and warm water in a mixing bowl. Set aside for about 10–25 minutes until the yeast activates.
  2. Mix the butter, salt, and 500 g of flour.
  3. Beat the egg whites until white and fold them into the mixture.
  4. Gradually add the remaining flour to the dough and mix until you get a smooth consistency.
  5. Grease a bowl, put the dough in it, and leave it to ferment.
  6. After 1 hour, shape the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. On a floured surface, divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and form small loaves. Place them on a baking sheet and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Whisk the egg white and milk in a bowl. Spread it on the breads and bake the breads in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. After it cools down, you can slice it and enjoy!
