  1. Firstly, put the oil in the pot in which you will cook the rice, and roast the onions by chopping them.
  2. Add grated carrots and rice and continue roasting for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add the water and leave it to cook by closing the lid.
  4. When it is slightly watery, add parsley, dill, basil, salt, and pepper and mix.
  5. Then fill the bell peppers with the mixture and place them on the baking tray.
  6. Mix hot water, tomato paste, and salt in a bowl. Pour the tomato paste sauce on the baking tray.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over each pepper. Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 40–50 minutes in a controlled manner.
  9. Complete the cooking process by removing the foil in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Enjoy your meal.
