  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, sweet chili powder, chili powder, and cumin.
  2. Add the fish, season on all sides, and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, for the salad, whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cilantro, and honey in a bowl. Add the cabbage, corn, and jalapeno peppers and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put a non-stick skillet on the stove and heat the oil. Remove the fish from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Heat the tortillas. Put them together to make tacos.
