Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 red onion
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Little more than a half cup of walnut
- Half a cup of sweetcorn
- Red cabbage
- Salt
- Hard-boil the eggs and peel the shells. Coarsely grate it.
- Mix mayonnaise, curry, mustard, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut the onion into cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Chop the walnuts into small pieces, add the corn, and mix everything in a bowl.
- Place the red cabbage leaf on a serving plate. Pour the mix on top and serve.
