  1. Toast the sliced breads or use a pan to fry them.
  2. Chop the chicken fillets very thinly and fry them over high heat.
  3. For the omelet, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk well. Pour very little oil into the pan.
  4. Prepare a thin omelet by taking the beaten egg into the pan.
  5. For the interlayers, mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  6. Finely chop the tomato. Wash and drain the lettuce leaves.
  7. Place a slice of toast bread on the kitchen counter and spread the mayonnaise mixture thinly.
  8. Place half of the lettuce on the toasted bread.
  9. Place the chicken breast, cheddar cheese, and quartered omelet on the toast in order.
  10. Place the second bread and spread the mayonnaise mixture on it.
  11. Carefully place the salami, lettuce, tomato, and ham slices, respectively.
  12. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside of the last toasted bread and place it on the ham.
  13. Pierce with frill picks or cocktail swords through the top bread slice in the center of the sandwich. Carefully cut diagonally.
