In a large bowl, mix the apple sauce, brown sugar, honey, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Slowly add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and continue mixing. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
