  1. In a large bowl, mix the apple sauce, brown sugar, honey, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Slowly add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and continue mixing. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  2. Transfer the mixture into an oiled and floured cake mold. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 35–40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes, then sprinkle powdered sugar over it. Garnish with grated chocolate and red currants, slice, and serve.
