  1. Cut the roots of the cauliflowers and separate them into pieces.
  2. After washing the cauliflowers with plenty of water, drain the water.
  3. Put boiling water in a deep pot.
  4. Add the flour and cauliflower to the water, and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a small pan. Add flour and roast for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Slowly add cold milk to the mixture and whisk to avoid lumps.
  7. Add salt, nutmeg, and black pepper, and mix until the béchamel sauce thickens.
