  1. Blend the eggs and granulated sugar with a mixer. Add the melted butter and continue to beat. Peel the carrots and run them through a food processor. 
  2. Add cinnamon to the mixture and whisk again. Grind the walnuts in a food processor. Add the baking powder to the mixture and continue whisking. 
  3. Add the flour and continue whisking until you get a dough consistency. Transfer the mixture into the cake mold, greased with butter, and flour. 
  4. Bake in an oven set to 180 degrees for 35–40 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on it, and serve.
