Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 carrots
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup walnut
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Powdered sugar
- Blend the eggs and granulated sugar with a mixer. Add the melted butter and continue to beat. Peel the carrots and run them through a food processor.
- Add cinnamon to the mixture and whisk again. Grind the walnuts in a food processor. Add the baking powder to the mixture and continue whisking.
- Add the flour and continue whisking until you get a dough consistency. Transfer the mixture into the cake mold, greased with butter, and flour.
- Bake in an oven set to 180 degrees for 35–40 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on it, and serve.
