Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
- 6 spring onions
- 1~2 tomatoes
- 1 large cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 1 bunch of celery stalks
- 1 packet of instant soup
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- A quarter bunch of parsley
- 1 tsp. curry
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces. Put them in a pot and add enough water to cover them.
- Add the instant soup mix, beef bouillon cube, curry, salt, and pepper; stir and boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Lower the heat and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft. Serve hot.
