Bibimbap is one of the favorites of Korean cuisine. Ingredients such as minced meat, eggs, rice, and carrots are used in the preparation of the dish. All ingredients are taken to the service plate.   1. Put the rice in a colander, cover it with plenty of water, and drain it.
  2. Transfer the washed rice to the pot and add 2 cups of water.
  3. Cook over high heat until the water boils. When the water boils, cover the pot and cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. When the rice has absorbed the water, transfer the pot to the kitchen counter and leave it to steep with the lid closed.
  5. Put the sunflower seed oil in a wok pan and heat it. Add the onion, grated carrot, and zucchini, and roast for 10 minutes.
  6. Add half a teaspoon of salt while roasting the vegetables.
  7. Boil water in a different pot. Put the spinach in the boiling water and boil for 1 minute.
  8. When the spinach you cooked starts to warm up, squeeze it with your hand and drain the water.
  9. Put sesame oil, salt, and garlic paste into a bowl. Add the spinach to it and blend it.
  10. Add spinach, roasted vegetables, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, and chili paste to the stewed rice.
  11. Add very little oil to a pan and crack two eggs. Cook until the whites are cooked, about 2 minutes.
  12. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl with the rice. Transfer it to the service plate.
  13. Place the cooked eggs on top, and serve. Enjoy your meal.
