  1. Peel the avocados with a spoon or a knife and remove the skin. If there are any black parts, clean them to minimize the speed of browning, chop them into large cubes, and set aside.
  2. Slice the red onion into julienne pieces.
  3. After removing the seeds of the red pepper, chop it into brunoise (small cubes).
  4. Clean the inside of the cucumber with the help of a spoon, remove the seeds, and chop finely.
  5. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  6. Fold the mint and basil leaves into rolls and chop them finely.
  7. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add lime juice, olive oil, and salt, and mix. Enjoy your meal.
