Add the apples that you chopped and mixed with lemon juice to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. Add granulated sugar, raisins, almond powder, and walnuts; sauté for 2 more minutes. Set aside and let the filling cool.
Cut the cold butter into cubes. Mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Use your fingers to mix the egg, butter, and flour mixture. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Separate 1/5 of the rested dough, place the rest into the tart mold, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Spread the filling over the dough, and place the strips you prepared from the dough you separated in the form of a lattice.
