Forest Fruit Strudel
Ingredients
For the dough
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- A pinch each of salt and granulated sugar
- Half a tea cup of water
For the fruit mixture:
- 200 g of blueberries
- 100 g sour cherries
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter
- 4 tablespoons brown granulated sugar
- 1 cup of raisins
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 handful of walnuts
For serving:
- Powdered sugar
- 4/1 cream
- Vanilla ice cream
